An elite police team must deal with mutant man-machine hybrids in a futuristic Tokyo. A mad scientist has created an army of Engineers, terrifying maniacs who have monstrous protrusions from their bodies. When Ruka catches the scientist he infects her with the same virus that created the Engineers. Soon she'll be hunted by her former friends, all the while trying to track down the man who caused her father's death. In the process she'll face off against some horrifying mutant beings. Crazy fun!
Thank you for adding the subtitled version. Tubi only has the dubbed version, and i dont like the dub. This movie is nuts. It's like a live action anime doing its best to stay true to the source material without caring how crazy or ridiculous it gets. When a friend asks me to recommend a crazy foreign film, I usually recommend this one.
Modern cinematic classic of the "Asian Extreme" sub-genre of exploitation-style filmmaking. Probably not for the squeamish. 10000+ skulls.
