This sick sequel follows a fan of the first film who tries to make a bigger centipede. After his nagging mother pushes him to the breaking point, security guard Martin sets out to one-up - errrr - make that one-hundred-up the doctor from HUMAN CENTIPEDE. But that's not the sickest, most depraved thing in the film, which was summarily banned in England, much to director Tom Six's delight. Contains strong language, violence and gore.

This is the most disgusting film ever made and that’s a shame because up until about the 45 minute mark, it was actually a pretty good film. If it ended around there, I actually would have really liked it. This is Laurence Harvey’s show, and one hell of a show he put on. I just cannot rate this film any higher because it’s just so viscerally gross for the sake of being viscerally gross. I wish I stopped watching midway through
I don’t like it. Not because of the movie itself, but because the studio practically blackmailed the main actor.
as much as it was gross. you cant tell me it wasn't a genuinely great movie. the cinematography was great, good and unsettling acting. a genuinely decent story. with a few side plots that are interesting to grab onto. good effects and of course, gross as hell
just as bad as the first one. . . if not worse
If you’ve seen the first one you know what this movie is going to be about. Only marginally better thanks to an improved script. Never approaches anything that could be considered merit.
