The Countess
Directed by Julie Delpy
A countess decides bathing in the blood of virgins will keep her from growing old and lure back the lover who rejected her for a younger woman. Writer/director and star Julie Delpy takes the tale of Countess Bathory, which has been used as source material for dozens of vampire flicks (Lady Gaga is playing "The Countess" in the fifth season of AMERICAN HORROR STORY) and removes the supernatural element, instead crafting a riveting feminist horror story about a powerful woman whose manipulation at the hands of her male enemies leads to madness and murder.
A countess decides bathing in the blood of virgins will keep her from growing old.
Cast: Julie Delpy, Daniel Brühl, William Hurt

This movie is based on fact. Very loosely I might add but fun if you know the real story.
