Gialli are wonderful for many reasons. One is that they're not pedantic, uptight, and dull. Hint hint.

Y'all, I was born in Dallas in the early 70's, and I'm here to tell ya, I come from a drive-in family. Star Wars was the only movie I'd seen indoors until Ghostbusters came out. And I read some of Joe Bob's reviews in the paper, when I was a kid. Anyway, I watched him on TMC, and the ex-wife and I made a date night out of Monstervision. I took a trip to see a movie and meet JB and Darcy in OKC a couple of years ago. I'm currently wearing the shirt they signed, but I didn't know that silver sharpie washed out. I'm also part of a film appreciation group in my town, which not only puts on shows, but has been instrumental in raising money and awareness that has saved theaters and a drive-in in the area. The point is, my friends, THE DRIVE-IN WILL NEVER DIE!
