We Are Going To Eat You! The ultimate 'Dawn of the Dead' sequel/knock-off and yet it really isn't. Fulci's well made, Italian helmed splatterfest boasts lasting iconic imagery, a memorable Frizzi pulsing soundtrack and visceral effects that help make it so unique. For the zombie connoisseur, it's a treasure trove of invention and all-around solid filmmaking. Throw in some headshots, a zombie vs. shark and one hell of a wincing splinter scene to keep the exploitation levels high. A reliable shocker and gore flick with just enough polish to make it stand above the rest, but not enough to take away the excellent Video Nasty title! The nostalgia factor still influences my love for dead.
Yeah! This is good fun. Eyes get gouged, guts get eaten, and zombies shuffle around. Definitely worth a watch.
Fun Z movie with a cool score but really dumb characters.
Movies rarely movie this hard.
A true classic!
