Poor paranoid Miles is unbelievably terrified of dying. When he inherits some money, he places an ad offering a reward to anyone who can prove there is life after death. In almost no time at all, Miles receives a call from a strange man who promises to take him over a line from which there is “no turning back.” Miles quickly realizes how foolish his quest was, after his daily existence becomes a waking nightmare with no chance for escape. Though it has some cool shots and intriguing discussion on death and dying, this film’s attempt at foreshadowing and subtle parallels is about as blunt as the car crash we never quite see. The acting fell short in places, the editing was hit-and-miss, and the overall storyline was a mess. Watch this only if you want to see what a bad psychological movie looks like.

It was mid. Good story and good execution. Acting is decent. Great start and weak finish. The first part had me but the ending is kind of meh.
