It’s not as scary as it is artsy. Best way to put it, an alien dealing with the “human experience”. Need to be in the right mood for this film but if you are it is a great watch.
sheesh that wasn't it tbh lol. only interesting parts were 20 mins before the movie ended.
Excellent film, beautifully shot and acted. Just go with it and let it be what it is. Never have I seen a film that so effectively portrays a completely emotionless alien being as it does in the scenes with the crying baby. (We just won't ask about how they paid the rego on the white van & the bikes, or what happened to the old lady who was looking out of her upstairs window, or whether the male finally gave up on looking for her. Might be explained in the source novel I guess.)
i enjoyed it
Engrossing.
