Some great gore, can be a bit slow and drags on in places. The villain and his theatre performances are pretty good, gory and inventive which makes the film worth a watch.
Herschell Gordon Lewis's best film. Properly leans into its grand-guignol stylings - a magic show full of guts and gore galore.
An excellent, legendary gore flick that is all the better for its obvious failings. It's a shame so many people will be unable to appreciate a film like this, nowadays. Ah well.
