Pretty good for creature feature.
Slow burn, and quite frankly unrewarding but there are some genuine creepy bits throughout, and overall an interesting idea. Could have been better, but pretty good none the less.
If I could get that time back I would
Bland and poorly written. The monster was goofy and looked like a different creature in every scene. The plot felt very thin and rushed. But the couple were fairly likeable and it was set in a cool old house by the sea. It's ok for when you just want a spooky-ish movie to watch in the background while you do something else Also who was looking after their pet shop and all the livestock (including newborn puppies) while they were off having this weird adventure? That was the most unrealistic part.
Very slow going but still entertaining. To many dumb choices made and reasonably good creature but lacking in substance
