Wow - so many plots combined as only the 80s attempted - and most of them were pretty silly! So cheesy it was sort of entertaining... Typical 80s overacting, low budget practical effects, plot holes, trying to be all things a film can be in 94 min, disbelief from everyone involved who surrounded our protagonist and yes possibly too much screaming... I agree that Caroline Capers Powers was a very beautiful lady. Searches reveal no other films... No information as to why she did not continue to act. Worth a watch though you might skip ahead towards the end... I did during the final chase moments!
Not as good as I expected but it is ok if you have a very open mind and are ready to watch a movie delivered on an extremely cheap level.
Not good.
How did this cheapness— / the acting, sets and effects— / become endearing?
The comparison to Shelley Duvalls character in the shining is so accurate.. This character is a *real* dunmmy. Once she realizes that the spirit has been murdered (after a few "I've been murdered" messages)she goes to the most obvious culprit with her conclusions. It'll take some real slick script editing to keep her from getting killed before the end of the film..
