This movie had the potential to be much better than it was, but it could have been worse. Will I ask for these 90 minutes back when I’m on my death bed? Probably. 2 skulls for the effort.
good movie but the clown in terrifier art the clown is more sinister
some of the acting is atrocious and the ending is mediocre but there's really good kills and some neat effects so it's 50/50
A surprisingly good movie which I think is hurt by Shudder's blurb giving the impression its a popcorn slasher movie, which it isn't really. For a low budget horror which relies heavily on themes of grief and emotion I thought the acting from the main characters was decent, and the Jester itself is suitably creepy. As long as you're not expecting a fast paced gorefest you'll probably enjoy this.
