Very good film. Seen it multiple times, a must watch.
NO no no. Aside from the lovely art direction and cinematography, this movie was a waste of time. It was just a bunch of Johnny Depp acting extra kooky and Tim Burton finding a role that shouldn't exist for his girlfriend Lisa Marie. A lot of atmosphere and intrigue wasted.
Atmospheric to a fault, a chilling ghost story and wonderful homage that's worth every frame. (My only tick - Sleepy Hollow is on the east side of the Hudson River, not the West..) Burton at his best.
This is my favorite Johnny Depp movie. Glad I can watch this anytime I like.
