It’s slow going at first. I thought about giving up on it a couple of times because who wants to watch the sexualization of dog grooming or witness this man’s pathetic life, who by the way lets rat poo linger on his kitchen counter. I kept going though and it did get better. The love interest saves it. It starts off kind of 90’s with the film grain and then visually improves by the end as well. At first I couldn’t figure out why this was on Shudder, but the ending makes it clear. Still not sure what the bananas were symbolizing…
Interesting, and in parts funny, but not my kinda thing. Maybe worth a watch?
This had “bad film school” project written all over it, but (probably because I’m a sucker for anything with cute dogs in it) I really enjoyed it.
Super weird and unique. I found it interesting and like the awkward characters.
Things about it I didnt like, but I loved the part when the girl shows up. I wish the whole movie was like that it would have been perfect
