ew. Danny is a piss poor protagonist, and none of the other characters feel anywhere near fleshed out either, which really diminished the overall quality of the plot. would not recommend.

Bad Acting! Weak story...could have been strong, but failed...especially when it came to the end :(

Poor character development, a weak and repetitive dream sequence, and a meandering plot are the least of this movie's problems. Overall, the movie is pretty tepid, and it is also clueless about the moral positions it takes on kidnapping and the relation between life and fantasy. Some exploration of these positions, even with a few expository lines, could have turned this movie around, but instead the movie takes a accidentally banal and indifferent position on these issues. This last was just one of several sources of horror that this movie failed to recognize and exploit.
