Creepy and tense with lots of good scares (I literally shrieked at one particular jump-scare--even on the second watch). Original and creative plot. Good acting. The final scene was a bit cheesy, but I can forgive this movie a few foibles; it's otherwise a top-notch horror flick.
Reviews made me watch, I left the movie with so many questions. Not scary, very awkward story. Things just didn’t make sense. Why the middle movie random flashback? Why weren’t the characters put off by the oddity’s? What was the connection for? I can go on and on but don’t wanna spoil for those whom haven’t seen. Not what I expected
Superb! Very spooky.
Wow! This man, Damian McCarthy is a master at writing/directing horror. Watched this and Caveat both and have been blown away with how creepy, unsettling, and engaging these movies are. Oddity is a much tighter plot but both stories had me wanting more! Love this universe he’s creating and really hope to see more.
Interesting plot. Loved it overall.
