This sick sequel follows a fan of the first film who tries to make a bigger centipede. After his nagging mother pushes him to the breaking point, security guard Martin sets out to one-up - errrr - make that one-hundred-up the doctor from HUMAN CENTIPEDE. But that's not the sickest, most depraved thing in the film, which was summarily banned in England, much to director Tom Six's delight. Contains strong language, violence and gore.

Made me queasy and uncomfortable, which is kinda the point. Must be watched. It sort of doesn’t matter if you don’t like it. It’s an experience
😂😂... This film conflicts me its just one of those films you got to watch like brain damage, freakshow or cannibal holocaust. Its absalutly vile but thats why you got to see it
Poo does not belong in a horror movie.
If you're into extremely dark, messed up, grimey, gorey horror then this is absolutely for you. One of the darkest movies I've ever seen, even in spite of it's comedic undertones. Also, just to clear up the misleading synopsis, this movie wasn't banned in the UK (me and my ex had it on DVD) and Tom Six wasn't pleased by it almost being banned. It was almost given a direct-to-video release, and Tom Six was mortified, stating the BBFC were being unfair because movies are fiction and art, saying that if people can't handle it and don't like it, then they don't have to watch it. He wasn't happy at all and challenged the decision. After this, the BBFC changed their approaach and instead released it with cuts, which Six still wasn't happy about but it was better than nothing.
