This movie is hilarious, starting as one thing and then evolving. The stoic islanders create brilliant backdrop for a demented storyline.
Hated this movie.
Had some good elements. Good build up. Interesting twist. But after that twist reveal, the whole thing just seems to fall off a cliff with no point to anything. It's like any kind of plot that was trying to develop in the first half of the movie completely disintegrates to meaninglessness. And then it tries to be a comedy. If you dont care about story, maybe you will find it interesting. But if you do care about plot or story at all. . . just avoid.
SWEEEET! Conetto Trilogy meets horror. . . love it!
some fun campy bits here and there, but the humor falls pretty flat for the most part. the gore is fun. obligatory lowering of rating because they did the transvestite predator trope in 2024. why. seriously, you have to either be a bigot or be incredibly media illiterate. that's a zero from me.
