Dead End Drive-In
Directed by Brian Trenchard-Smith
In this Ozploitation classic, a couple are imprisoned in a drive-in movie theater with gangs of racist punks. After an economic crisis makes cars a priceless commodity, the police and drive-in owners lure kids in, then strip their vehicles. That's how Crabs' day at the movies turns into a permanent nightmare. Now he's got to fight the system if he wants to escape. Though it's more action-exploitation than horror, director Brian Trenchard-Smith's brutal vision of a dark future - filled with racism and bigotry - remains highly scary and very relevant.

It's a wild ride. Not sure it makes a whole lot of sense, but it's certainly something.
Not exactly subtle with its message but didn't need to be. Lots of charm and a perfect run time.
