Much better than many Shudder originals. Not sure what the pacing complaints are about, I thought the pacing was perfectly fine. Great tension building, eerie atmosphere, excellent direction for some of the creepier shots. Great performances from little-known actors. Ending was a bit meh but it can be forgiven.
Don’t believe the negative reviews. Actually fucking terrifying. Great acting, sound design, and unique genuinely disturbing imagery.
this movie was so unsettling. absolutely loved it!
There were a few parts where it felt like the movie dragged a bit but overall I liked the creepy atmosphere of it and the acting was pretty good too.
Well that was harrowing. The monster is genuinely so unnerving, which I don't usually feel about other creature features!
