Incoherent, under-explained, muddled mess.
Good film. Eriee. Spooky. Draws you in.
So, first Shudder movie I gave 5 stars! That tells you something because I am critical of movies. If you like the classic haunted house and possession movies, you will like this, jump scares and all. It has vibes of the Sixth Sense and The Shining, but a unique twist. Not boring and story moves along with action, scares and drama throughout. It has themes of mental illness and child abuse which are current topics being discussed in Korean society right now. All I have to say about some people complaining about it being in another language is, if you don't like foreign movies, then don't watch it. Leave it for the rest of us to enjoy it. One minor criticism was that the filming was in very dark light at times. I know it was a horror movie and supposed to be dark, but sometimes it was hard to actually see. Acting was very good.
Very good haunted house possession flick very engaging and will keep you guessing. Ending could have been more thought out.
Great korean horror movie that was very good at keeping me guessing and it was scary.
