Great movie Nicolas Cage played well. String line was solid. Graphics were actually pretty good. The end was magnificent. Isn’t it beautiful?

Bad writing, one dimensional characters, subpar acting, and effects that ruined the film's immersion. The short story is better and captures a creepier atmosphere. Only thing saving it from 1 skull is the interesting concept, but even that was thanks to Lovecraft
