Solid 5 skull flick - what’s more horrific than getting flayed by a straight razor? I don’t care that it’s not strictly genre - but then again- the best ‘horror’ films have solid storytelling, great characters and engrossing plots... with some horrific elements peppered in. This one has all of that and then some.
Interesting dialogue but overall overrated & disappointing.
More bad sex scenes than anything else
All of my least favorite noir tropes in one movie. Two skulls because the murder was fun.
Paul Verhoeven!!
