Not sure what all the hype was about. Just another movie about a women getting terrorized. Not very original. I gave up barely half-way through.

It's ok. Just obvious and predictable. At the end I was just like - "that's it?"

Great mix of horror and action. I love how "low budget, shot in the woods" nowadays means gorgeous cinematography instead of cheap sleaze. Samara Weaving once again being one of the reigning queens of horror. A bit hand-holding with some of the shots they chose to use, and it takes awhile to get off the ground, but the great gore, fantastic non-verbal acting, interesting premise, intense and gritty action, and lead-up to an insane finish really make it worth watching.

I’m a big horror fan and I was very disappointed. The movie gave a “The Walking Dead” vibe which I like. Unfortunately, I found this movie pointless and boring.
